I am 29 years old and have been suffering from hair loss for the past two years. All through my college I had thick, black hair and never had problems.
It wasn’t until I turned 28 that I noticed the start of a receding hairline.. It was not until a year ago that I actually realized how much hair I had lost.

I came across one of my old friends from college. He barely recognized me didn’t seem to believe that it was really me at first.

With this fact I never thought that I would have to face the problem of baldness as one of the members of my family had this problem. I realized it when I was thirty four that hereditary was not the only cause for baldness but I could be caused even due to stress. When I was thirty I had to shift the field in which I worked due to many reasons. I worked for a software company and suddenly circumstances made me jump to marketing. With a sudden change I had to work a lot to reach to a better position.

All my friends of the same age where in a very good position in their respective careers. This created much more challenging environment. With so much of work over loaded I never even had time to check that I was over stressed. With so much of tension on me, my hair probably did not get the required nutrition to grow. I then started to have hair loss. I noticed that only after two years my hair started to lose. That was the ultimate shock I ever had as I had never expected such thing before.
